This Cookie Policy explains how AdMantle uses cookies and similar technologies when you use our platform. We use minimal cookies — only what is strictly necessary for authentication and core functionality.
1. Essential Cookies
These cookies are required for the platform to function. They cannot be disabled.
- Clerk Authentication Session — Maintains your login session and authentication state. Set by Clerk, our authentication provider, essential for secure access.
- Theme Preference — Stores your light/dark mode preference for a consistent visual experience.
2. Analytics Cookies
We do not currently use any analytics cookies.
We do not use Google Analytics, tracking pixels, or any third-party analytics services on the AdMantle platform.
3. Third-Party Cookies
During the integration setup process, temporary cookies may be set by third-party services:
- Shopify OAuth Session — A temporary cookie set during the Shopify store connection process. Used only during the OAuth authorization flow and is not persistent.
- Meta OAuth Session — A temporary cookie set during the Meta ad account connection process. Used only during the OAuth authorization flow and is not persistent.
These third-party cookies are created during the one-time connection process and are not used for tracking or advertising purposes.

Please note that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from logging into and using the AdMantle platform.
6. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting. Since AdMantle does not use tracking or analytics cookies, we do not respond to DNT signals as there are no tracking mechanisms to disable.
7. Cookie Consent Banner
AdMantle displays a cookie consent banner on your first visit. Because we use only strictly necessary cookies for authentication and functionality, declining cookies will not affect core platform features. If we introduce non-essential cookies in the future, we will obtain your consent before setting them.

If we introduce analytics or additional cookies in the future, we will update this policy and notify you before any new cookies are set.
