Welcome to AdMantle (“AdMantle”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AdMantle website, applications, and services (the “Service”).

By using AdMantle, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

AdMantle provides profitability analytics, advertising performance insights, and campaign management tools for ecommerce businesses.

Features may include:

• Profitability analytics
• Advertising performance analysis
• Cost tracking
• Reporting and insights
• Campaign management tools (e.g., AdReaper)
• Integrations with third-party platforms

AdMantle may modify or update features at any time.

You must be at least 18 years old to use AdMantle.

AdMantle is a B2B (Business-to-Business) service. By using AdMantle, you represent that you are utilizing the Service exclusively for commercial, business, or professional purposes, and not as a private consumer.

By using AdMantle, you further represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have authority to use connected accounts
• You comply with applicable laws

To use AdMantle, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep login credentials secure
• Notify us of unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

AdMantle integrates with third-party platforms including Shopify and Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads).

You authorize AdMantle to access data from connected platforms.

AdMantle may perform actions on connected platforms only when initiated by the user, including:

• Pausing advertising campaigns
• Executing user-approved actions

AdMantle will never automatically modify your campaigns without your explicit manual execution.

Your use of third-party platforms is subject to their respective terms.

AdMantle offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing:

• You agree to pay applicable fees
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• You may cancel at any time

Payments are processed via third-party providers such as Stripe.

Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period
• No further charges will occur
• Access may be limited after cancellation

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to access unauthorized systems
• Reverse engineer the service
• Interfere with platform operations
• Abuse integrations or APIs

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

You retain ownership of your data.

By using AdMantle, you grant us permission to process your data to provide the service.

We do not sell your data.

AdMantle provides analytics and informational insights only.

AdMantle does not provide:

• Financial advice
• Investment advice
• Business advice

You are solely responsible for decisions made using AdMantle.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, AdMantle shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses
• Advertising losses
• Lost profits
• Data loss
• Business interruption

Your use of AdMantle is at your own risk.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AdMantle may experience:

• Downtime
• Maintenance
• Technical issues

We are not responsible for service interruptions.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You misuse the service
• Required by law

You may terminate your account at any time.

We may:

• Modify features
• Change pricing
• Update integrations

We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

All AdMantle content, software, and branding are owned by AdMantle. You may not:

• Copy
• Modify
• Distribute
• Reverse engineer

Without written permission.

You agree to indemnify and hold AdMantle harmless from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from your use of the service.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of AdMantle constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
